Applications to purchase or rent a unit at the Pavilion Club must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the proposed sale or start of the lease.  Instructions for completing the application process are included in each application form.    

Once all the requested information is provided, the Association has ten (10) days in which to approve or disapprove the proposed purchase/lease.  If you do not complete this process at least 10 days prior to the proposed sale or lease, it may result in a delay in the processing of the application and is possible grounds for disapproval by the Association.
